Anyone have a guess as to when the ice will be safe enough to travel off of oro lines?

I would guess that we will be into first or second week of Feb. with the little mild spell coming up next week.

Hey Codyboy, I don't know if you remember talking to me at the meet n greet?
Do you still wanna hook up and fish together? If we get the ice out there that is!
Cheers!

Kemp is completely iced over but not too thick. Stay off. A laker or a whitey is not worth a swim

I think if it doesn't end up freezing over laker fishing could be REALLY good in a few years as that would be 2 straight winters that they weren't fished.

getting sad though at the same time as its starting to look like we won't be able to fish for them in like 10 years. we'll on the ice at least.

I think no because of all downrigger in the summer. Think things will just stay the same.
