I know Gooderham lake is a bit north of the kawarthas but...
Has anyone fished this lake? Bought a cottage there late last season and only fished from shore and got bass. Wondering if people ice fishing there for walleye, whitefish or Lakers. Hoping to head up family weekend to do some fishing
Thanks for the help

Okay let try this... Has anyone fished in the area of Gooderham lake and could suggest a near by lake that has good fishing. Going up with the family and that won't last long on the lake if we aren't catching fish.

I don't normally pass on heresay but for what it's worth I have heard that Gooderham has Bass and Walleye. That's if you mean the small lake near the town of the same name in the Haliburton area.

Heard about the eyes and Lakers but the MNR Site says there are no Lakers yet I've heard that's the fish to target. Mixed info causing me to wonder what I should try for.

I'm located by launch I'd have to obviously head to the main lake.
Thanks for the help

I have pictures of my dad and his friends with lake trout caught out of Gooderham lake just not on my computer. Here is a link that shows what fish are in Gooderham lake along with other ones around.
