Just back from our annual trip to Nipissing, great time had by all. The cold weather that moved in seemed to the slow the fishing down overall from talking to others up there but we managed to do alright for the days we were up there. Had a nice fish fry Saturday night of walleye and perch, we managed 12 walleye under the slot and plenty of nice size perch, no walleye in or over the slot caught. One guy in our group did exceptionally well, lots of non stop action all weekend.
Met up with BIGFILTHY, Skunked Again and Fish4Ever up there with the rest of their group, they were in the bungalow next to ours. They dropped by Saturday night with a special fish coating they called PF70 one of their group brought up from Newfoundland for us to try, very nice thanks for sharing.
One guy in our group caught a nice 2.8lb smallmouth that was a nice surprise and another caught a small muskie that was a nice surprise as well.
Shawn, Terra and staff did a great job as always and took great care of us, thanks from all.

Thanks, Idle Tyme is around deep water point. No idea what's going on with the smallies but we seem to be catching them the last 3 years we have gone up? They still put up a pretty good fight in the winter.
