Thanks all, definitely a good time and decent fishing had by all. Already booked for the same weekend next year.

Michelle, I am sure we seen your hut out there just behind the Idle Tyme huts, the unpainted one behind the furthest out Idle Tyme blue hut. Seen a sled and a couple of people out there on Saturday, you are lucky to live so close by to all this great ice fishing.

Thanks for the report. My son and I are heading up to Idle Tyme tomorrow afternoon.
He is driving me nuts with questions.

Did you get any with imitations or just minnows
Last year we took 3 fish 4-5 lbs with spoon type lures in the afternoon.
We let the big girls go.

WHAT A GREAT TIME. It was great to meet you FatRap and all your buddies. Thanks for the fish fry, Mmmmmmm mmmmmm good. We had a great time fishing as well. our totals for the weekend were 126 perch, 6 Pickerel/Walleye and 1 herring. The Pickerel/Walleye were all under slot size (some just barely). Shawn and Terra were great as usual. The crew they had working for them this year were awesome. I will try and post a few pics. Cant wait till next year.

Welconme aboard myskchem. Most fish we caught were on a simple jig head with a live minnow. Smaller minnows worked best and keeping them fresh seemed to help as well. Jig head colors that worked for us were pink, orange and green. Good luck

BIGFILTHY, where are your pictures? You have been quiet this week, still feeling the effects from the weekend?
