Four of the pics had a file size over the limit of 3 MB, the other two were very close to 3MB so I shrunk them all. You can do that yourself if you want in future, just read the pinned topic in the FAQ.
You can add your own comments to the pics if you wish by editing each of the posts.

Quick question I'm heading up to Idle tyme on the weekend and I was wondering if they had a coffee maker? Odd question I know but I've never been there before and we are doing groceries and I hate instant. Secondly you may not want to answer this one. What baits seem to work for you. It seems like you did pretty good. Thanks for any tips you can pass my way

We brought a coffee pot to use on the gas stove top, don't remember seeing one there. Minnows worked the best, small and medium ones worked better than the big ones. I also did well on a big minnow head. Just took the treble hook off a Blue Fox Tingler jigging lure, slipped the loop end of the hook up thru its insides and out the mouth. So it looks like the minnow head was eating the hook. worked for me and it never came off.

Welcome aboard coifishima, if you are staying in the cottages and using the day huts there will be a coffee maker in the cottage, if you are using the bungalows you better bring one with you. As BIGFILTHY said minnows were working well, small to medium size seemed to be the best size, on a jig head or on a spoon. Stinger hooks are a good idea as the bite was pretty lite. Jig heads in pink, orange and green were working for us. Good luck up there and let us know how you did when you get back. Shawn the owner is a great guy and he will help you guys in any way he can.

Great reports guys and some amazing pics. It's clear all had a great time, I can't wait to arrange a trip of my own.
nsfisher, you definitely need to arrange a trip up to Nipissing for some ice fishing. I suggest taking a couple of extra days off and going up for at least 4 days, it's a long drive just to go up for a weekend. We did the cottage/day hut thing for 18 years, the last 2 years we have been staying in the on ice bungalows. I would say the on ice bungalows are the way to go.

I agree with FatRap. The on ice bungalows are the way to go, Shawn and his crew are great and will take great care of you. I am jealous. I wanna go back and can't wait for 2014. lol
