My dad and I went out with tim hales fish huts for 24 hours on sunday afternoon out of beaverton. We got on the ice around 4 o clock, the fishing was good until dark but as soon as the sun went down the bite completely turned off. The bite was very very slow all night until 6 or 7 am. By that time we couldnt get our lines down fast enough all afternoon it was unbelievable. My dad and i had a fish brunch on the lake and took home 70 fish over 10 inches and about 15 of them were over 12. we figured we caught about 300-400 fish total. We used alot of different jigs including slab grabbers, small plastic jigs, lindy darters and more but live bait by far worked the best.

the over night wasnt very good only about 3 keepers by 6 am but from then on we couldnt get our lines down fast enough we use a two hook live bait rig and we had 12 double headers on the same line
