grump and grumpys, how is the fishing

just wondering how the fishing is at grump and grumpys on lake nipissing. We are heading up there on feb 11th. How thick is the ice on lake nipissing right now?

We just got back on Sunday and the ice on Calander Bay was about 20" when he augered some holes for us. We stay at Idle Tyme so I am not sure how they have been diong at grumpy's.

Fishing was great at Grumps 3 weeks ago. More Pickerel than perch. Easy to limit out. Perch are big too. Easy fishing keep a small silver jig and minnow just off the bottom or just run a dead stick.
Post a report on the operation when you return as Id love to know how things are progressing.

i've been 3 times this yr to grump and grumpys fishing has been great even during the cold snap i'll be there on saturday again lots of big perch and great walleye fishing too so far this yr i have got 3 in the slot none over the slot and probably 40 under the slot even got one about 4 inches long .and my daughter got 1 big ling about 10 lbs.

Me and a few guys are going up on feb 8th 9th and 10th to grump and grumpies will post results when we get back if anyone else makes it up there befor then please post results I've been wounding a bit thx guys
