X3 It was great to meet you Mike and had a great time fishing with you. Too bad we couldn't find too many fish. Have a great trip down south and bring back the warm weather so we can get out on the boat.

Hey Reloader (Bob)
Nice to meet you today and sorry for the "long march". We were only out 1.5 miles
Good job you had your gas auger. I wouldn't have been as eager to move around if we had been drilling holes manually. Thanks for bringing the auger.

Reloader, Knuguy (Harold), Bernzy1945 (David) and I fished 50fow, 66fow and 54fow and marked little or nothing in every location. I really don't know the East side of the Lake as I fish the Oro shore. When we were at 66ft we were on the edge of where Hank Heyenk has his huts. Thought there would have been fish there.

Oh well, it was a great day weather wise, except for the fog and it was fun to be out with everyone.

Couldn't bring myself to come in and fish for those PPPPPthings.
Figured if I did and brought a fish in, Backwoodsmanbob would never have let me forget it.

Bob, glad you and everyone else enjoyed the smoked fish--always great to share.

Hi Folks:

I would also like to express my sentiments regarding the Meet and Greet.

Thanks to all the organizers - notably Bob and Jerry for yet another job well done.

The food was amazing - especially the moose burgers, venison sausage not to mention the 3 varieties of smoked fish courtesy of SDC. In fact we loved the smoked fish so much I think we just may pick up a Bradley smoker in the near future so we can make our own.

It was great to meet many of the board members and now I can actually put a face to a name.

Generally speaking it was a fantastic day all around and even the weather and ice co-operated although the fish seemed to be hiding.

That's all for now, Nancy
