It does have AC but you can't run anything else while it's running. Only 20 Amp service so it will only be used in emergencies

There is usually a nice breeze going thru there and we run north/south so get the west/east crossbreeze.

Thanks for all your replies. You guys know how much we love it there and would like to retire in the area so this is one step closer. My dad was never the cottage type so we never had anything by a lake and I had to rely on asking Aunt's and Uncle's to see if we could stay at their cottages. Then my sister got a cottage but we were limited to how much we could stay so it has been a longtime dream to have a place on the water that we don't have to ask to go to or continually pay for lodging and have nothing in return.

I already Googled the distance, only 22 minutes away from my GF parent's house...

Why does this not surprise me?

We will definitely hook up a few times this summer and many more to come. Just let me know when you are headed out that way so we can make some plans.

Hey Jerry, you can bring your pike over for Nicole to clean

She seems to have had a lot of practice lately and just picked up a couple of new recipes.

Enjoy it to the max,
FatRap

Well, we moved into the trailer yesterday and are now back a home. Most of the inside is ready but we have to clean up the outside next week since we didn't have all the materials to do it and the weather wasn't co-operating either. Here are a few pictures of the inside of the trailer. All going well, we will have it done next weekend so we can enjoy and relax. We also got the boat launched again but only managed to get out for about an hour for fishing. It was artificial's only and I managed to catch a couple rock bass and a 2lb smallie which fought like a 4lber, Glenn got a few hits but no hookups.

Here is the dining area....

Kitchen, kind of tiny but most meals will be done on the BBQ once we get one up there.

And the living area. It is kind of dark because of the brightness from outside but you get the idea. Outside those windows is the view I posted from the gazebo area.

Nice, looks like it was very well taken care of. I could see myself being quite comfortable there.

No lift required as we are in a bay and no boats go zooming by so we don't have to worry about waves. We want to dock by the trailer sites but the one dock is kind of tippy so we are docked on the cottagers dock right now. When we have some time, we are going to have a look with the owner and see if we can stabilize the dock a bit more.
