Looking for some Tips on Catching White fish, with the lower limits on 'eye's, im looking to broaden my horizons... I usually fish around the mouth of the French river area, blueberry, Fisherman, Browns, Macmac, community reefs,,, ETC. last few days I went for Pike in Cache bay, got a couple the first day out (last Thursday) then the sat tourney scared them all away, went in the Veuve river, we got a couple of bass I'm interested in Whites Cause I would love to brine 'em and put 'em in my smoker!! any tips would be greatly appreciated Cheers y'all

Hi Butcher0672
Welcome aboard, new member.. You came to the right place. Lots of great people here, contribute and you'll make friends fast.. Please acquaint yourself with the board rules and most of all enjoy our forums.. Although there is no whitefish tips a the top of this forum. If you go to the Lake Simcoe Forum you will see a tab similar to the one above ( fishing tips) that contains tips for whitie fishing. Good luck and enjoy the board.

Thanks NS fisher.. I'm not actually a new member, I was simply Butcher before, and not sure what had happened, I tried to log in but couldn't, I tried a password retrieval but it would not recognize my email (its the only one I got) So I'm back with butcher0672 I've heard of some people that fish Nipissing specificly for Whites, and it sounds fun! Lake nipissing has a lot more to offer then just 'eye's and some "whiners" seem to forget that, those are the people that have said they are not fishing anymore its not worth it HA YA RIGHT, its more then just bring home Walleye, it simply being out there, enjoying the scenery of the beautiful lake, and of course FISHING Thanks, I'll check out that link for some tips

Hey Butcher,
Sorry about the confusion.. A few months ago a maintenance script was run on the system by accident and deleted a few inactive member accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience, I just asked the members affected to re-register. If you want your old member account back - I can probably find it and fix it for you..
Cheers, Jerry
PS: That maintenance script has been de-activated indefinitely so it will never happen again..
