you can be fined without fish in your livewell!
People have been charged before on lake nipissing for fishing out of season.
lake is closed no fishing.

Not that I'm usually fishing for walleye and perch after Oct 1st (boat out)..............but to the best of my recollection.....hasn't the walleye season been closed for sometime now between mid-Oct and the start of icefishing Jan 1st the following year?

This is not a new regulation.....right? That regulation has been in place for several years....correct?

For The general public the fishing is closed. But for the other people... It never does if you know what I mean.
