We are going to be visiting Lake Nipissing for the first time in early September. We are staying at West Nipissing Lodge on Northwest Bay. Are there Musky on this end of the lake? I am traveling from southeastern Connecticut and plan to try out some of my saltwater surf fishing lures. If any local sharpies want to trade guide services, let me know I can reciprocate on Long Island Sound. Any advice will be appreciated.

Oh, is live lining permitted (catch a sucker or perch and letting it swim around with a big circle hook until Mr. Musky makes it dinner)?
