Was at the credit River the other day tryed my luck on some late fall rainbow skunk as usual lol but I seen some what I would call skill anglers that landed a nice bow but I notice he had 2 hook on his line is that legal on the river?

Not always, depends where you are. The Credit near where I live is a no kill zone, single barbless hook, no organic bait. The regs are complex, you have to read all the exceptions.
