Quebec has changed their system slightly in the last few years haven't they? You have to hunt with either an outfitter or with family members in a designated area I thought.

I dont think I will bother. I'm okay with the rest of the options. I'm not a wealthy hunter it will be my first year hunting large game in Ontario and the system and logistics to a moose hunt here is soo expencive. My last 2 bill moose tags cost 5 dollars each no lottery system involved. I guess it's hard to compare I had 4to 5 tags in pocket each year for less than 30 $ no lottery. Its too pricey in ontario and not very practical to take the time away from work and family after the cost of lotteries licensing and the rest.
It's the drive and love to hunt I get it
I understand the need for a lottery system in ON but it shouldn't cost sooo much. Why does it have to be for those with money to spare? hunting is about providing food.
I look at the Elk draw here as the same story...a cash grab I will never go into that deal not enough tags. Waste of time and money.
