Think I'm finally getting a grasp on this new system, those that have'nt found their number of points call 800-288-1155 and follow the prompts..

New system may take a while to get used to but if an old fart like myself can do it anyone can LOL

Let's hear your points allotted ..Ma fisher got 10 and I got 12 , not sure how this will stack up in the draw but we'll see some time in May ..

Good luck guys

Haa haa !
"We" will be hunting at that spot , over looking the swamp, close to that place, next to that lake, under those trees ......
Meet ya there.

Knowing my luck at the moose draw, I STILL don't have enough points!

If no luck perhaps consider Quebec , totally different system

Quebec has changed their system slightly in the last few years haven't they?
You have to hunt with either an outfitter or with family members in a designated area I thought.

Plus the moose license fee is $486

I dont think I will bother. I'm okay with the rest of the options. I'm not a wealthy hunter it will be my first year hunting large game in Ontario and the system and logistics to a moose hunt here is soo expencive.
My last 2 bill moose tags cost 5 dollars each no lottery system involved. I guess it's hard to compare I had 4to 5 tags in pocket each year for less than 30 $ no lottery.
Its too pricey in ontario and not very practical to take the time away from work and family after the cost of lotteries licensing and the rest.

It's the drive and love to hunt I get it

I understand the need for a lottery system in ON but it shouldn't cost sooo much.
Why does it have to be for those with money to spare? hunting is about providing food.

I look at the Elk draw here as the same story...a cash grab I will never go into that deal not enough tags. Waste of time and money.

Dam I miss the Klondike

Last year was my back to one pt as well. Never seen so few moose as the year before when I had the cow tag.
