Yeah, it was a pretty crazy hunt. He came from my blind side directly downwind and walked to 4 yds and we had a standoff for better than 10 mins as he tried to figure out what I was. Ended up shooting him at 11 yds quartering away. He's a nice 9 that I hadn't seen on camera at all so far this season.

A couple battled bucks on here losing half a rack, interesting to see. hardwateraddiction takes the buck contest with his 9 pt buck and beachcomber with the only doe takes the doe prize. Hey....I fell out of a tree and broke my back on opening day. Don't I at least get a boobie prize or something??? Wife still wants me to take up knitting. Those are some nice bucks guys. There is a monster we see in the fields by Kilbride but the guy who owns the land is an "anti" and I can't get him to give me permission. 8 points but really heavy tines and beams. Maybe his neighbors will be a little more receptive???
