Who is heading out?? Post your turkeys here, lets see some toms! Whoo Hoo! I can't sleep. Been gobbling up a storm tonight my wife is going to divorce me. Dog is howling to my gobbles.

Could have taken a nice Tom with the truck Saturday morning and a mixed crowd Sunday morning. The tom was standing in the middle of a 80 km/hr road facing away with his tail fanned and didn't move until I was almost stopped and 1-2 truck lengths away. Sunday 4 Toms & a hen 10 feet from the passenger door. Wish I saw as many turkeys hunting as I see driving.

Isn't that always the case. You see more turkey driving that when out in the field. I'll be getting out in 2 weeks. Counting the days.

1. rain cut short hunt
2. to cold birds not moving
3. too windy birds deep in the bush
4. henned up Toms

Bird number 2 down today. After being baked on Thursday and frozen on Friday was nice to have a nice calm, clear, and comfortable day.
19lbs, 1 " spur, 10" beard
