well i went in for the full seven days with out me seeing a single moose. the group of guys i hunt with are a good bunch,knowledgeable and compitant hunters. in total of us all 8 moose were spotted. unfortunately no shots taken either due to wrong sex(cows) or unsure of sex. even without downing a single animal the week was great. weather was all over the place with too hot , to too raining and of course wind and hail lol. the trails in and out of the hunt sight were the worse i have ever had in 25t years of hunting. all in all good food good times and good friends. we were lucky enough to get two bulls tags, unfortunately they have been burned. not alot of shooting in the area so hopefully the moose will thrive through the winter and have more approtunity next year. it is a large area (50) to hunt but very short time to hunt. i hope everyone else has had better luck this year. the ministry was also out in full force and caught a few people shooting cows and claiming calf. i hope they get nailed good. if you do not know what it is DO NOT SHOOT plain and simple. good luck to all out there that are still trying to fill their tags cheers
