with all the talk of bumble bee habitat being destroyed and so forth, just a quick question. we never kill bees near the wifes flowers on the deck but do wasps pollinate or are they just vermon waiting for the fly swat

They are meat eaters. I was given a garden torch for burning weeds and it is also funny to cook yellow jackets flying in and out of the nest they built behind the brick wall.
