Sorry for this stupid question about powders, but is RL 19 an abbreviation for Reloder 19. I just want to be sure before I buy RL 19 and load some cartridges. (After all, as you know, H4831sc is not the same as IMR 4831.) Thanks for your response.

Yes it is,no such thing as a stupid question when reloading. Things can go south pretty quick if you don't ask and check and recheck powder charge weights or volumes. Good Luck to you deerhunter and stay safe reloading.
