I had a pair of Bushnell 10x25 non waterproof binoculars for a minimum of 10 years. In early August I got caught in a real downpour and forgot them in my rainsuit,The next morning they were fogged up really bad. So I phoned Bushnell Canada to see if anything could be done, They said as gesture of good company service I should send them in and they would replace them at no cost. If I wanted to update to a waterproof model to let them know and they would bill Me accordingly, well I didn't let them know and today I recieved a brand new set of Bushnell 10X25s H2O waterproof Binos free of charge. Now that is customer service like I have never seen. From now on if I need optics Bushnell will be My choice. THANK YOU

Hey Mikdor;
As a further to Bushnell...

After many tears of use and abuse the scope on my crossbow developed a case of the fogs while on a morning hunt ..
On return home I contacted this well known crossbow company to ask if there was any hope of repair or replace ..No

Turned out the scope was distributed by bushnell under another name ..Well , after the call where I was directed to return the scope to Bushnell, I received a new scope of equal quality at " NO CHARGE" citing it as "Good will"

Hat's off to Bushnell
I have other items of their's and will remain a customer thanks to great service..

A moose or a bear broke the glass lens on my trail camera. When I took it to Bushnell to see if it could be repaired the guy said I know how to fix that & went in the back & brought me out a new one. Since then I have bought 3 Bushnell items & will continue to do so.

Bought a high-end trail cam from Bushnell a few years ago. As it turned out the timer on the pic's wasn't working properly. The camera would not pause between pic's. Took the trail cam back to Le Baron's to have it replaced. With the new trail cam I experienced the same problem. I then took the new trail-cam back to Bushnell. They replaced it with one that worked... and gave me a free SD card for all my troubles. That is what I call customer care!
