Very good. I personally do not like the taste of spruce grouse so I pass them up for you guys that like them. Going up north for a couple of weeks to hunt birds and bunnies and relaxation. Leaving next Monday

Birds tend to taste like what they have been eating. I remember a number of years ago I got one that had been eating poplar buds, yech. Horrible.

We ate some up there and they were really good. When I was cleaning them I checked the crop and they were full of little orange berries. Not suure what they are.
