Morning, I am looking for feedback with regards to bolts for my excalibur. I am not sure if aluminum is the way to go or carbon. And also to buy with lumenox already installed or do them myself. I will be hunting deer. Best to stick with excalibur firebolts?

I use firebolts and I like them. The beauty of carbon bolts over aluminum in my opinion is that they are either good or they aren't. Meaning you can't bend a carbon bolt. Not like aluminum.

Exactly what toolman said. Carbon all the way. Make sure with that bow that you use the 20" flat nok bolts only. And as for Lumenoks. Pre packaged in the bolt is the way to go. Too many times I have customers that have bought the noks elsewhere and have not purchased the proper ones so they don't fit or work properly. And the biggest thing, you must heat up to remove the aluminum noks in the bolts to install the new ones, and it is very easy to damage the bolt if you do not know what you are doing. Your excal is designed to shoot carbon bolts with 125 or 150g heads. If it aint broke, don't fix it..
Oh and on a side note, I stopped in one of the Big box stores on the way back from Moose hunting and saw that the pre packaged bolts were quite a bit more expensive than most privately owned stores are. So when the go on sale for $15 off, you are not getting a deal, you are paying the everyday price in most other stores...

Great thanks, DOS, I ended up buying the excalibur bolts with lumenox built in and 100 grain broadheads. Shooting tonight at the target block see how I make out
