Well got out for my second time hunting on saturday this year and limited out in 2 hours seen a total of 12 birds 4 of which were on the ride out of the bush after i had my limit.
Did a short video of the hunt had some mist in the morning which fogged up video lens hope you enjoy it and took some pics.

Nice going I thought with all the heavy rain birds would be sparse but hunting is excellent and birds are big

Great video Sparky. It is always nice to get your daily limit on the way in and then see more birds on the way out.

Nice sparky302, makes me homesick I miss just walking the trails with my old Cooey 20g looking for grouse & rabbits.
Am curious if you ever get nervous about smacking your firearm off the brush & trees. Some of those trails in the vid were tight and the water deep. Lol. Looks like the that gun took some brush beating.

Small branches aren't bad its bigger trees i worry about hitting .I have never hit any yet.The water was to the headlights on the atv thats the deepest i go with that quad lol once you start crossing you have to keep going dont like to reverse and have water pushing into exhaust better to go forward and drive like a boat .Lol

Yes you are lucky! I have pretty good hunting and fishing here but it is better for some species up north. The bird hunting for sure is a lot better!
