With the rifle hunters getting ready for their journey north/camp, I'd like to wish everyone all the best for your time hunting this fall. Time with friends/family away from the hustle and sometimes insanity ("just watch CNN for a few minutes!") of the daily grind is well worth all the expense,... and hopefully the frustration of the big game draw for a moose tag as well! Hello. Our gang was able to pull both a Bull & a cow tag for the Ref lake area this year. Well we were lucky enough to shoot a nice bull 2o minutes into the opening morning and filled the cow tag on the Tuesday. After a 4 year dry spell it was awesome to fill our tags .
