If online is not in your comfort zone, Cdn Tire has a new(?) system that you can buy your deer tag and apply for the antlerless draw at the same time.
Plus, which ever tag(s) you purchase it's printed then and there. Much easier than the "old days".

I Knew they had a separate computer for Fishing and hunting license . ( MNR computer )

I never apply early. I guess it's because I am never sure of where I'll be hunting. I always leave my decision to the end. Then, when I am forced to decide on where I will probably be hunting, I pick a WMU.

My camp is always in the same WMU so its easy for me. Some year I wish my camp can change WMU so I could get a moose tag but oh well.
