I have a classic Belgium Browning Auto 5 with a fixed full on a 30" barrel. I would like to use the gun mostly for waterfowl and would like to be able to have screw in chokes. However the dealer I bought it from is unable to do the work as the barrel is chrome and you need a special bit to do the work. I've asked around and cant seem to find any gunsmiths that would be able to do this without reducing the barrel length to 26". Does anyone know where I could look to have this done? Have tried ellwood Epps and Gobels in London as well as Google and no luck yet... thanks in advance

Had a Browning barrel done a number of years ago with a guy in King City think it was called precision arms. Did a great job however took forever to get it done. The other option is just to buy a new barrel. It's a cheaper and faster option and save the old barrel as a dedicated turkey gun.
