I am having a hard time finding ammo for my Winchester 1892 44-40. Anyone know where to find some?

That is a very nice bush gun. I have a ruger 44mag. I will look in my area for you.

I checked Epps online and it said they did not have any. Seems to be an ammo shortage

Check Winchester ammo online. Seems to be lots of ammo available.A little pricey though…….

A couple places i checked are in the states and want me to pay with bit coin. Is that the new way? Seems like a scam to me

Well I checked my local dealer and has no 44-40 has 3 boxes of 38-40 I didn't know there was such a shell

Absolutely there's an ammo shortage because of what's happening in the States. Gun owners are buying up all the ammo. ....And Covid shut down plants etc.

I managed to find a box out in BC. Hopefully it gets me through until the amno shortage gets better.
