Deer processing, Near Barrie area

It’s getting closer to fall and I’m starting to think about deer all the time!

I have never hunted in this area before but would like to cross bow hunt it this year.

So IF I get a deer I’m just wondering for all the guys who don’t butcher their own where do you guys take your deer to get processed.

Recommendations would be appreciated along with any other info (approx price, skin on or skin off, etc)

Im not too sure who is around there. Leskas is about an hour north just outside Orillia. I also think Brains Taxidermy in Oro was processing game.

Country meat cuts. they do excellent work and have an area and large cooler just for deer.
