We leave for our annual moose hunt next Saturday. I’m getting things ready and have a bull tag and a cow tag . Now if the gas prices would just drop.

Have a great time. We didn't get a tag this years draw 21A. Small group of 3 people.
Luckily I still have a bit of Moose meat left in the fridge from last years Moose.

We're leaving tomorrow as the bow hunt starts Saturday.

Fishnhunt-just be careful of the truck driving up there. Hopefully we don't get stuck behind an accident. There's no detours man!

We’ve gotten stuck behind an accident before…sit and wait is the only solution.

Our moose hunt as a bust.

too warm at +17. Nothing was moving. We were swatting huge black flies when it wasn't drizzling.
Saw our first fresh track on the very last day of our hunt.

Woke up to leave on Friday and it was zero degrees. We picked the wrong week to hunt I guess.

Hundreds of hunters heading north as we were coming home.

The anticipation to get going must be killing you....lol. Time drags while waiting for it, it flies when you're on the hunt, then it's over in a flash.
I feel you pain.

Some of the best life-long memories are creating trips like this. Enjoy it bud!

Cheers,
