Expensive grouse hunt, Sudbury area

Well got out for grouse again did the same trail as last time seen 5 got 3 birds started to head home and my atv trailer broke a leaf spring so i got the trailer out where i had cell service but the flatbed tow service on a holiday monday was $300 bucks
Convert that to $100 per bird and i was only 45 mins from my house.
Leafs are starting to fall good now and we are getting frosty mornings.

Sorry for your trailer issue. Good news is leaf springs are not to difficult to replace and not to hard on the pocket. If you have a Princess Auto in your area they will have what you need. Cheers

On my last grouse hunt (Oct of last year) my old reliable 2006 arctic cat broke down. Saving up for the can am hunter edition quad now.

I'd rather be looking for a Yamahonda, AC, Canned Ham and Pooplaris are the ones to avoid.

You are correct i changed them out already and princess auto had them on sale for $44 each .
The hardware was also on sale so i changed everything for $189 ready to go this weekend again
