Just stepped outside of the house this AM, and the air was full of gobbles from the big Tom’s in my area….. Can’t wait for the opener!!!

I’ve been seeing the toms out struttin since last week. They are definitely starting to get a bit feisty out there.

Good to know someone is seeing them.
I have been watching and looking and have only seen either big groups that still haven’t broken up or the odd single hen.
Still working on the property I used to hunt. Permission is wavering because the person I knew moved. The new resident is on the fence about hunting.

I was getting worried as I have not been seeing them where I used to. They are now back on my trail cam and at other locations.
