This new mapping in the regulations helps if you hunt different WMUs, or use different means to hunt (bow, black powder, shotgun, or rifle). When you pick the WMU interested in hunting, it creates a calendar for each season open. Hopefully its helpful.

I use an APP called smartout on my android phone. It is really helpful for all my hunting and shows where I am in the WMU or FMU so it does fishing as well
