Good day. I am looking for tips on what to feed turkeys in the early spring? I would be putting the food down in late March about 3/4 of a mile from where I hunt. . I hunt in the Harcourt area & they have had a very severe winter so I would like to help the turkeys. I would appreciate any info on weather it is a good or bad idea as feeding can attract wolves & disease from crowding. Cheers

Guess you meant "I would be putting the food down in late March, about 3/4 of a mile from where I hunt."
Best option I'd think would be Turkey grower in a sewer pipe feeder.
As to feed or not that's up to you not aware of any rules against it other than hunting turkeys over bait.

Its probably not a great idea to be feeding the turkeys as they have food available that time of year anyway. I also feel it congregates them and maybe exposes them to disease.

Turkeys don't need humans feeding them. There's plenty of feed above the snow.
